Was sold a vacuum but it ruined the carpet! Cancelled the loan for it and returned the vacuum but the company would not give back the deposit even though it says on the contract it would be returned within ten days. They said they mailed the check two different times and it must have "gotten lost in the mail". Went to their office twice and talked to them countless times via phone and text. They gave four different phone numbers and all have been changed or disconnected.
