i purchased a mini refrigerator from Alaihvie and yes they sent me mask. i noticed at this time that the company that I to get this item was a totally different company. and i was also doing some research and I found out that there web site company came out of California, cloudflare I believe was who they was. also the max had chinse writing, i guess that chinse. I also called the BBB about thim and was told that all I could do was file a complaint on there web site about them, so I did. I even sent Alaihvie an email. they sent one back and wanted me to send them a picture of the mask the sent me. i did and got another email saying that they did make a mistake and my order would be coming to me soon and I did not need to seen the mask back consider that a bonus for the delay on my actual order i sent them another email about four times after that asking for a tracking number and reference number I never received any more emails after that. Nor have i got me mini frig.
I was watching justice network one day and the officer that tells everyone how to stay safe gave a web site for people to go to if they have ordered something and did not get it or got something else in return but just as soon as i found something to right on the stay save officer was gone off and I have not seen that one since. so I have no idea what the website is. If anyone may have heard of a site like the safety officer was talking about on the justice network then e mail me at [email protected] and in the subject box type INFORMATINON FOR SEEKER ABOUT ONLINE RIP OFF.. We have also ordered from this company--a compost barrel and they sent masks and we have been trying since July so get our money back! They are a scam! We are sharing our emails and trying to get our bank involved in this as well.

I purchased a small 2 door refrigerator from ALAIHALE on July 30,2020. Come to fine out the company ALAIHALE is also Alaihvie, and the payment was deducted from somewhere else. I would list where the payment went to but I can not open but online bank app at this time. I received an email on August 7 saying the tracking number of the refrigerator and the my ship had been sent to the ups in the United States and I should allow 15 to 20 days for it to be delivered to my address. I September I received a package from Lishuchenp 31# JINLUN TOWN CANGSHAN DISTRY 350000 CHINA with the phone number 8618059159546 with the description of the package being disposable max ( which is still wrapped up in the plastic they came. I called the ups and had them run a trace on my package and was told they had no tracking number of the sort. So i called the post office and had a trace run on the package tracing number which was LY392782043CN and was told my package was delivered into my mail box. I told her that there was no way because my package could not fit into my mailbox. I was expecting a small refrigerator. Then I noticed under the barcode on the package I seen the exact same tracking number as the tracking number on my refrigerator.
On August 31, I tried to contact the BBB but all they said was I could file a complaint on line on there website, so I did. I also sent an email to the place that emailed me telling them that I did not order face mask and I reported there little scam to the authorities. The scam where I ordered a small 2 door refrigerator and got the face mask with the same tracking number on them as the refrigerators tracking number that was sent to me by email on August 7, 2020. They sent me an email back on September 1, and it requested a [picture of the mask that was sent instead of my order and they would make it right if there was a miss up on there part. I sent them the picture they requested on September 23, but It did not send. I sent it again on
I sent them a picture of it and received an email back telling me they sent me the wrong order and they was sending me my right order on August 7. I seen this after I sent them another email about this issue on August the 9th. After i seen there reply back I told them I wanted a conformation where I purchased my item and another tracking number on my package as soon as possible. I have yet to received anything back but will keep you posted.
o yeah when i got on the web site they sent me for questions I get a 522 error and when i do research on it says host error - www. alaihvie.com, and performance and security is by Cloudflare a company out of California, I believe.
Cloudflare says 1 of two things about this 522 error, 1 - the origin web server does not return a SYN+ACK to Cloudflare. And 2 - after a connection is established, the origin web service does not acknowledge (ACK) Cloudflare's resource request.
