The money was send a screen shot was sent of the payment, $750 for the dog and $200 for the delivery. The seller kept in contact regarding the process, asked for the address so they could book the flight. The puppy was taken to the airport the shipping company reached out for verification, the puppy was being looked over by the shipping company vet, prior to confirmation that it would be put in the flight.
The shipping company contacted me saying I needed to rent a special kennel to have the dog transported. I needed to pay for the kennel, through Zelle or money transfer, in full then it would be refunded when the puppy arrived. I contacted the seller, they said they had not heard of this. The seller could not afford to pay for the kennel; they could only pay part of it. The shipping company called and was telling me the dog was already ours, I needed to pay for the puppy. The seller was also saying things like I needed to calm down and the puppy was sad/alone. The conversation continued with no resolution and that was it.
I did text the number a few days later who said they would pay me back in 14 days when the shipping company returned the shipping money. I asked for the $750, why that couldn’t be paid until the shipping money came in and nothing. I reached out today as well and no response.
