Worked on oil rig and is unable get money to daughter in private school with emergency. Needed $2000 till he fulfilled contract on rig and would pay back as soon as he got back to shore where he then had access to his bank account. Prays on elderly single women. Tells them that he wants to be with them because he is widowed and lonely.
