I bought a vanity online from Facebook. After reading reviews and researching the company, I was comfortable spending 35 for the vanity. A few weeks later I received a package from the company. It was small and obviously not a vanity. Once opened, it was a silky type of scarf. I contacted the company who quickly replied and “looked into the issue” for me. It was stated that a mistake was made and if I could shop that back, they would refund me.

I went to the post office and I was quoted $61 to ship the scarf back to China. I refused to pay it out of pocket for their mistake. After a few heated emails back and forth, I was promised (in writing) that I would receive a full refund for my purchase and all shipping costs.

Against better judgement, I returned the scarf. I was refunded the purchase price, but not the shipping. Now I can not get anyone to reply to my messages.

There was a facebook ad for a half off a makeup vanity. It also said free shipping. I ordered it and was mailed a scarf (that I did not order) instead of a vanity. When I contacted support they wanted me to mail the scarf back to china at my expense in order to receive a refund. I did not get the goods that I ordered and paid for and the company did not try to refund my money.

I ordered a dressing table and instead received a scarf. When emailed they said someone accidently sent the wrong product then said I need to pay return fees and return the item then get a partial refund. The email was very fishy and asking to pay more for a mistake they made doesn't sit right.

I places an order online for an item a tv stand on 12/20/22. They promised delivery between 7-15 days. I have received the attached email regarding delivery however I have never received item and store has been paid. I have sent repeated requests for shipping updates to no avail. Please help. Thanks
