Scammer called stating my existing security system was outdated and needed repair/updates. He requested to come by my home the following morning to remove outdated parts and install new ones to update the system. I called our security system and they did not know of any reason to do this and had not contracted for anyone to come to our home. The scammer did, in fact, show up (an hr and half later than the appointment time) and looked like he was very nervous. He had an unidentifiable shirt and hat on. We did not open the door.
