They said we took out a loan in 2017 it was then reopen in 2019. They said they have sent us letters in the mail that we have never received and said that it can affect our credit for the next seven years they have all of my husbands information, Social Security, birthdate in our address.

Someone called saying they were from a law firm named Akermon Rossenfeld trying to collect a debt. They went on to say that I took out a loan at Personal Cash USA in 20-9 and it is now going to collections and that I could pay half now to avoid bad credit reporting.

The thing is they knew my social security number, address, email and date of birth. Don’t fall for it!
