We purchased a dog from Alaskachowshome in Anchorage, Alaska. I paid $1300 to Ngoy Joyce Nicole (ngoyjn00) through e-transfer. On the delivery day, they asked for more money $1800 saying if I don’t purchase a new crate the dog will die. I tried to phone them but they said they can’t use a phone right now. We were emailing back and forth. I told then I didn’t have any money and wanted to cancel and requested for a refund. They said ok. I waited 10 business days as they said a refund process will take 7-10 business days. Then I emailed them asking any updates about the refund. They didn’t respond to me and they closed their website.
