A large outdoor shed was purchased May 27, 2023 by credit card. I tracked the delivery progress on the tracking app supplied. Item was delivered to an Indian Reservation across town. It’s gone! I contacted the company’s customer service support and asked for a replacement to be sent. On 3 different occasions I was told it sent out. It never arrives. The company then offered to refund 40% to go buy from a different vendor. I said no. I was then offered 60%, I said no. They refuse to do a full refund. 22 emails later here we are.
