This company was used as a third-party company wae used from Amazon. We had ordered a pool filter from Amazon had the company Alconex was the company we were purchasing the product from the amount of the purchase was $403. and we received an email stating that the product was delivered. As we checked outside of the house there was nothing there, We called Amazon and asked where they delivered the product and they informed us the product was delivered in our mailbox. This is impossible because we live in an area where there are 8 mailboxes on our street for the houses and they are only 4inches tall the item we order was a pool filter which is about 4 feet tall so impossible for them to tell us they put it on our mailbox. We canceled the order from them and for a year now they try to charge our card and we have to keep declining and putting fraud on our card with Apple.
