I work for a mom and pop small company selling industrial equipment, material handling products for overhead cranes and hoists. We received a website order from a scam/fraudster in Sept. 2018 for two electric chain hoists for nearly $4600 and were asked to ship to a trucking terminal for pickup of goods due to not being able to unload at the alleged delivery address. Aside from some questions about lead time and asking for delivery no real red flags and things went ok, until early Nov. 2018 when Visa contacting us in regards to a fraud claim on the card.

Unable to get any help from phone companies to ID owners of the phone.

Be warned is getting calls from the following email, numbers and names:

Unfortunately we got taken due to not checking things 100% but if you have any contact with either the above phone numbers watch out! Address given was supposedly the billing address but the information after checking came back a residence and not an actual business. This is a reminder for any vendors selling via the web to really make sure to do their due diligence and verify things.
