Albert Brocado from MHP brokerage called and offered me $34,750.00 to purchase my time share for an 8% commission fee. I called BBB in Missouri and they had no record of the company. Missouri'state secretary of state office said they found no registration for this business. When I asked Mr. Brockton if his company was registered to do business he said yes. Something does not feel right.
