Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
On August 20th I received the 2 bottles by Federal Express. TWO EMPTY BOTTLES! I paid them a total of $99.98. I emailed them and told them about it. I was requested to send pictures (which I did). I received a return email, "Sorry for inconvenience. Can you please take a picture about items you received and send it to us? After confirm, we will give you a solution. Sorry for that again. Best regards, Alice"
So I sent pictures and received back. ******************************. I received an email back saying, "we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience to you. We suggest that you keep the item due to the long time and high cost of the return handling. You can give to somebody as a gift. And we would like to give you a partial refund of $15.00 as compensation, is that acceptable? Looking forward to your reply. Best Regards, Ada. I told them, NO, it was not acceptable I wanted a full refund! I received another email offering me $20.00, then $25.00. I received the $25.00 back through Paypal but cannot get the rest of my money. The website has now disappeared. My son-in-law is familiar with the bourbon and said the lid on the bourbon is not the original as it is made of plastic.
