I applied for a remote social media managers position on INDEED for A.L.C. fashion company. I was contacted by Nathan Page inviting me for the interview. He told me to download wire app and contact Katie Goodman who will interview me via app. I did the interview and the next day this Nathan Page called me from (1-231-445-5059) and welcomed me on board and also emailed me a contract, bank info form for the salary deposits and requested my USA Passport for the identity reasons. I submitted everything. After this he told me to connect with hR via wire app and set up. I connected with Larry Bass (supposedly an HR) who sent me 2 checks to be deposited via mobile and than Zelle the money to my job representative for the new computer and equipment which was supposed to be delivered prior to the training. I did all this and yelled the $2350.00 from my account. The next day, as I waited, nothing came in, so I contacted Larry Bass asking for the tracking info, which he never provided and the equipment never came, so I got triggered and ran to the bank. It was too late, the payments have been done and the checks are fraudulent. The bank accepted the checks first but when I came in with my story they investigated and found the checks fraudulent. I am really hoping the bank will reimburse me for my losses.
