We thought for almost 2 years that the company was legitimate. We’ve asked for over a week to can’t know it’s actually been two weeks so we asked to cancel all of our insurance. They keep telling us that they cancel the payment. They lied. They took the payment out. They told us they sent us a cancellation notice for us to sign Off five or six of our policies have not sent us the cancellation notice. They keep sending us bills. We had to put a stop payment on our bank. They’re not trustworthy. They’re just sending me they sending me payment reminders when we both have called them and cancel. My husband has personally called them called someone from the company and contact them with the problem , at least three or four times they keep lying. We still have not received the paperwork to cancel the insurance with the company. I honestly believe their frauds.
