I filled out the forms correctly and submitted documents online to get a $200 rebate. I received an email that it was approved and I can collect a virtual card or get a physical card in the mail. However when you try to collect the card it won't let you because the address listed has a symbol on it instead of a space. Which you cannot edit - they entered it wrong purposely so you can't collect. When you call the number no one answers - I have been on hold for 40 minutes. I also sent an email.
