To Whom it may concern: A company called Alder Security Systems sent us a box with there equipment which was never used. We called the merchant to see if we can send back the equipment and get our refund back of $49.99. We were told by a manager from the merchant the we were on a contract (which we were not on) and in order to cancel the service we would have to find a friend or a family member to take over the service. That was option one, and secondly in order to cancel them we would have to send them $2,609.00. THIS IS A SCAM AND WE WILL NOT ABIDE BY IT. PLEASE NEED YOUR HELP!
