Ordered meat products but did not get email confirmation. Cancelled order via email but got no reply. Requested chargeback from credit card company. Credit card company investigated and charged amount again, because company (RIKIM INC) supplied some delivery documents from a place in China. No delivery was ever made. No reply from vendor in regards to my emails.

Filled out the order form for a beef order. An email was received from who I thought was the actual business asking me to complete my order. I did.

No confirmation and no other contact. Funds were in fact deducted. I sent an email questioning the status. Nothing!

Looked up the Rikm.com notation on my bank account and found it was noted for many fraudulent scams.

I logged onto the website Alerspringranch.com to order some beef thought I would start with a small amount, when I ordered it gave me and order # 24011402906216 for 14.98. It billed to my Creditcard as i noted today as RIKIMS.COM which I reported to my CC company as an Issue because it was not the name of the ranch.

Facebook post offered steaks at $.99 a lb. I ordered 10 lbs which was supposed to come frozen in 24 hours. Lots of special packages were offered at a variety of prices. No confirmation email was sent and no receipt or contact information were provided. They identified themselves as an Idaho ranch with excess product but the charge in my card was for Rikim, a Colorado company
