The email said I had an invoice from the Geek Squad for $699.99 for total protection. I called the number (804-521-3999) that was on the invoice, to find out about the charge. I was asked a few questions & I responded “I’m not comfortable with this. I’ll go to the store to have it checked.” I immediately called Best Buy & talked to them, they in turn checked my account & told me I owed nothing & the invoice I received was fraudulent.
