I ordered a wig from an ad I saw on Facebook. I was lead to the website Alesift where I looked through other products and read positive reviews. The product was advertised as 100% virgin hair. The wig was shipped from China and resembled nothing like the pictures or video posted on the website. The material for the hair feels silky and fake, similar to costume wigs. The color of the hair had a yellow tone to it and the roots of the wig were back. The wig was supposed to be a light blonde with darker roots like ombre style. I went to the website to post a review to warn others about this product. When I went back to the review I posted, it had been taken down. I did not use any foul language or post any bad pictures, nothing that would make the website take down the review. I noticed that they had also taken down another negative review by someone else. Not only is it upsetting that I was deceived by this company but also unfair that I cannot warn others.
