Purchased a puppy from this “breeder”. Once the puppy was supposedly sent to the pet carrier company we were told we had to pay an additional very large amount of money as an insurance for the puppy and it’ll be refunded upon safe delivery. We were told the puppy will not be allowed to be put on the flight until the amount is paid in full. I have tried several times to contact the “seller” in regards to this to get clarification and never got a response back. When we asked if the carrier company could send us a photo with time stamp of our puppy to ensure he is safe they said no and that they didn’t understand why we would need that. We asked to speak to someone else and then we were told that there is no one else to talk to.
