This individual's name is Arturo Morales. He spoke to my mother about wedding pre-video packages. He seemed well informed on how to sell photography packages. He stated he wanted all the money up front contract states otherwise on day of event. There is a disclaimer that refund is not given under any circumstance as guarantee for their service. However there is no guarantee he has given he attempted to trick my mother into changing dates knowing damn well she was working . He tried to say he was at the beach and it was proof she flaked on appointment although text messages state otherwise the date was set for this Sunday 8/12. Now he was trying to keep refund they are to meet this week.

But a few things have come up that raise fraud concern the contract is under his previous business address Alex Productions 1440 S Anaheim Blvd. Space G23 Anaheim CA 92805 phone number 714-420-4047 but he provided 714-376-5337.

I'm reporting because he is under suspicion if scamming. We're gathering more evidence. I advice to check this company and person's business license status. Thank you.
