Placed an order and never received it. Tried contacting them through email and social media, only got an automated message and never answer to my questions. The information provided on their website is inaccurate, the company is a scam

I placed an online order from this company in April of 2024. I never received part of my order. I have emailed them multiple time and have gotten no response besides and automated message about longer wait times.There is no way to get intouch with their customer service department. They take your payment and never deliver the product and there is no way to request a refund since you can't reach an actual person in the company.

This is a jewelry site that appears to be real however there are many complaints - wish I had seen it beforehand - about how they've placed orders and paid and never received the products and the company refuses to refund - that's of course if they even respond. Also their FAQ sheet has information that is not factual. It's misleading and scamming people out of their money.

I ordered a ring from a social media influencer who was advertising this brand called Alexa Kelley. The jewelry was beautiful. I ordered A size 6 ring on May 26th, 2024. My order number is #27474 and I never Recieved the item. They keep sending me apology emails saying they are backed up with orders and I even Recorded two shipping confirmation emails but no tracking number. I still Have t recorded the item. I reached Out three times to the help email on their website but nothing. Please shut their business down. This has to be a scam or they ran out of the product. I paid $68.75 for a ring I never Recieved.

Ordered a ring in Nov 2023 and received notification working as if the product would be be sent but nothing. It only showed La el created. I reached out them several times only to hear that they were running behind. They sent an email in Jan saying we will shipping out soon but nothing and it’s been 3 weeks. They stole my money and they have no integrity.
