Consumer from Chicago, IL called to check on a company out of Charlotte, NC, Alexandria Pets Delivery.  She had agree to adopt two puppies from woman that was moving to Africa. Consumer paid no money for the puppies and the previous owner agreed to pay for the shipping. After the previous owner supposedly boarded the plane for Africa, consumer received a call from Alexandria Pets Delivery requesting payment for shipping via a MoneyGram payment. Phone # 443-267-2195. They claimed to be located in Charlotte, NC but they stated they were flying the puppies from 700 Lower Terminal Dr., Louisville, KY.  ScamPulse.com employee couldn't not verify name or phone number for Alexandria Pets Delivery. Additionally, there is no physical address for the company at address given to consumer.
