Alfi house is an overstock store on Facebook marketplace. At the time, they had a storefront in Citrus Heights that they told us to come and purchase our order. We paid with Credit card and never received our product. After countless attempts to receive our product they would string us along telling us it was on back order and will get it to us soon. After 4 months of back and forth we finally just asked for a refund and now can’t get in contact.
