We met on Plenty of Fish. He claimed he was from the US but currently working on a ship in Dublin. We talked for about a month and he was supposed to come home in September. Well at the end of August he told me there were problems on the ship and according to his contract, he was responsible for paying for repairs and needed $1300 from me. He said his name was Alfred Hugo. We communicated on What's App. As soon as he asked me for the money I immediately cut off all contact. He keeps calling and texting me from different phone numbers. I don't talk to him and keep blocking him but he will not leave me alone. I want the harassments to stop.
