They took a reservation and credit card payment, stated that the reservation was confirmed. Called the property, the Yosemite Valley Lodge where reservation was supposed be made 2 weeks later. The reservation had not been made. Tried calling alghotel, line stated was busy. Emailed support and the email bounced as undeliverable.
