I applied for an Architectural Designer job on Linkedin with the Imposter company M&D Mechancial Contractors, Inc. The scammer reached out to me for me to complete a PDF interview questionnaire under the name Scott Crizer. They told me I was approved to begin the hiring process after an initial background check. Another person, claiming to be the HR manager, contacted me to provide details regarding a mini-office setup using the vendor service, Momentum Management. The "HR Manager" told me I would receive a check in the mail to pay the vendor for the mini-office setup after they received the invoice. The vendor contacted me for direct payment via the following banking details: [email protected]
