Their TV advertising is misleading. Usually they say "Just pay a separate fee."
This time it's buried in the print. Can't be absolutely free if you have to pay for it. They're liars. They would argue that sales would suffer if the government cracked down. Like saying muggers would suffer if police cracked down. It's sleazy to the n'th degree. These people think everyone is stupid.
