It has come to my attention that this NFT project is targeting children by employing deceptive giveaways and lotteries. They are enticing individuals to purchase their NFTs with promises of participation in giveaways, yet there is no age verification or any evidence of genuine winners. These unethical tactics are reminiscent of their past experience at Wizza.com, where they repeatedly conducted questionable giveaways, such as offering the same Tesla prize multiple times.
What is even more troubling is that this group has introduced more than 10 different NFTs, which raises concerns about fraudulent activities. They appear to be engaging in a practice known as "painting the tape," artificially inflating trading volumes and prices by trading assets among themselves through automated accounts. As a result, they create an illusion of high demand and value for their NFTs.
Furthermore, an examination of their NFTs' trading history reveals a suspicious pattern. They seem to rapidly sell the majority of their stock as soon as it goes public, all while encouraging others to buy. To enhance the hype surrounding their project, one of their associates provided Justin Bieber with NFTs free of charge in exchange for a social media post in which he claimed to have purchased them without disclosing any payment for his endorsement.
What raises additional concerns is their extravagant spending spree over the past year, including the acquisition of million-dollar homes, boats, jet skis, razors, lavish vacations, Super Bowl tickets, and extravagant alien-themed parties. During this period, the value of their NFTs has plummeted from $15,000 each to a mere $100, representing a decline of over 99% in all of their projects.
One particularly troubling incident involved the payment of a 10-year-old child to create YouTube videos promoting their project. When I inquired about whether the child was compensated for this content, he deleted his accounts, raising suspicions about their exploitation of minors.
I felt it was crucial to bring these concerns to your attention as they involve potentially harmful and unethical practices. It is important to consider taking appropriate actions to address these issues.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
