First time ordering from AliExpress- ordered a TV stand worth $333 on Nov 22. It said it will be delivered by Nov 25- Dec 1. On Dec 2 contacted AliExpress and provided the fake tracking number uploaded on orders page. They said order is not dispatched and hence opened a dispute. The seller on Dec 8 uploaded proof of a random tracking number showing the product was delivered on Nov 26. When contacted UPS about the new tracking number they confirmed it was for a completely different name and address and followed it with an email. Provided email to AliExpress and they still said product was delivered hence no refund. Finally opened a case though Paypal. And in waiting process for it to be resolved through PayPal. Please avoid buying anything from AliExpress.

I purchased a shop vac, but I never received it. I reported it to them and they advised that I contact usps so I did, usps said they could not give me any information other than the address on the label which DID NOT match my address. They suggested the shipper contact usps and myself in a three way conference call to verify what address they put on the label but they never called me, and said they called usps and told me to look around it’s been delivered but it hasn’t been.

I needed to return a few items but this company does not have a way to get in touch with some to return items. All sign in and customer service, chat or ways to get in touch with someone from this company is "not working". The items i purchased were not correct and I want a refund.

This seller is a scammer, I ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered on time and get a refund of the delivery was late or if I didn’t receive the item. After I received confirmation email that the item had shipped, I tried tracking but there was no tracking information. I contacted their chat support asking about tracking information and they kept saying it’s in transit and no other information about where it was. The day of delivery came and went with no item delivered so I decided to file a dispute with them. They said to wait 5 days and will be refunded. After 5 days there was no refund so I decided to file a dispute with PayPal because I paid through them. They provided PayPal a fake tracking number showing that the item was delivered. I called PayPal and fedex together on the call and fedex told PayPal the item didn’t have my name nor was it delivered to my address and it was delivered to a different location because that’s the address and name the merchant provided and the merchant wasn’t even Aliexpress. PayPal closed the dispute in my favor! Everyone please beware! It a shame that they’re still and business and are operating and I’m pretty sure they’ve scammed so many people that will not fight back!
