Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
She found a number on google for support, but it ended up going to this scam 3rd party.
User asked for IP address and installed LogMeIn so he could control the PC and "attempt" to fix he cable problem...
He then emailed an invoice, asked her to log in to her email, then took control of the mouse and responded back to himself that she got the invoice and she would be mailing a check.
NOTE: Red flags went off when he asked her to scan a check.
