I ordered new vape coils and paid through the shop app, the claimed that i never paid and tried to get me to pay again through a different 3rd party payment service. My order number is #20230538431

I ordered one Nord 5 black leather vape pen and seven packages of Nord 5 replacement coils. Five coils per package. About ten days later I received an email saying that they didn't have the leather Nord 5 and also that they didn't have the lower ohm coils but that they did have another higher ohm coil that fitted the vape pen I ordered. So I agreed to get a non leather Nord 5 and the other coils they offered for replacement. Two weeks later I received the Nord 5 but there was no packages of coils. Just the vape pen. I emailed their customer service giving them my order number name and description of the missing seven 5 packs of Smok Nord 5 replacement coils. I asked them to please let me know what's going on with my order. a week passed and I emailed their customer service again asking the same thing. I did this five weeks. Now I see that they'll never respond to my email and that I'll never receive the seven packages of coils. Those coils were over $120 they sell products that they don't have. I don't see how they can continue scamming people and get away with it.
