Social media ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to their site. I purchased 2 items. The items were low quality and did not fit. I requested to return the items through the customer service link on their site. They offered to refund $30, but I never received any money, or a way to return the items. I researched the site on a scam monitoring site, and found it to be a fraudulent site/business that sells customer info to nefarious buyers. They now have my address and credit card info, so I cancelled my card.

Similar to another dispute I read about from Nov 2022, I came across Aljok via a Facebook ad. I purchased 3 sweaters totaling $124.17 on Dec 26, 2022 as the company claimed to be based out of South Carolina. After nearly 1 month of not receiving my product I reached out via email and received the shipment notification with tracking info email, yet the tracking info could never provide exactly when the product would be delivered. I finally received my three sweater which were all of very poor quality and one sweater had sleeve lengths that were about 8 inches longer than the others so it's completely unwearable. I reached back out to Aljok 3 times to return based on poor quality and have received no response despite their claims to honor returns within 30 days. I'm currently disputing the charges with my credit card provider since I cannot get any reply from Aljok directly.
