I Called this company through kijiji because their ad said $40 an hour, no hidden fees. I spoke with a representative named Ronaldo he told me because it was last minute it would be $45 an hour plus $45 for gas. I asked no other hidden charges he said no and that he would be sending two movers. We agreed. So the next day the movers come, they come upstairs where they took a look at all we had, met my husband and kids. As discussed in our phone conversation I had told them that our first stop was to pick up a mattress we had bought from a store. My husband stayed back to finish packing some lady items while my cousin and I went with the movers to pick up the mattress. We came back home following that and they loaded our belongings. Approximately 5 hours later we were all done loading the car as were about to pull out to go to the final destination (our new home) they said we had to pay before we go to the next destination. So we go to the truck to get the invoice and they charged us $1710! We argued with them for the longest, called the employer (the guy I spoke to on the phone originally, Ronaldo) and he just kept hanging up on me. Finally they said we had to pay $1300 so we did. We both drove to our new condo. We got to our final destination a few minutes after them. We went to go park in our underground parking. My husband went to the ground floor to help them as I took my kids upstairs to clean the new place. About 15 minutes into me cleaning I get a frantic phone call from my husband saying the movers threw everything out of the truck and in front of the lobby... outside. They broke a box full of game systems, dented my 68" Samsung curve tv, then drove off across the street. My husband caught up to them, stopped them... as they were arguing I called the police. My husband got in their truck as to not let them leave before the police came. He video recorded their conversation where the mover said his boss told him to drop our things and leave. The police took their sweet time to come and my husband had to exit the car because the movers were getting a bit hostile. When my husband exited the truck he asked the mover to open the back to make sure all our belongings were out but he drove off. After putting our own furniture upstairs on our own we realized they stole a big box of my husbands shoes that he sells, Jordan's & Yeezys.
