My mom is elderly not tech savvy. She somehow made a purchase for an item from this company. Apparently they advertise it as free just pay shipping. Value of product is around $20 but it’s free if pay $4.95 shipping. They even state that proceeds go to a charity. I don’t even think my mom received the product. Apparently customer is buying into a membership club of sorts. I only found this out by digging into terms and conditions. No way my mom would know that since it’s not disclosed on main page.
