I received a post card in the mail stating that I had earned a shopping & gas voucher . It wanted me to scan a QR code or call a number to claim my winnings or I would lose them. When I called a man named Dave Kruger answered. He said their business was located at 199 S 1st St. Phoenix, AZ 85004. He said I would earn a voucher but needed to pay the $5 in shipping to receive it. He also said I would earn a different amount than what was stated on the postcard. He wanted me to give him my credit card number in order to process the shipping fee. I asked to pay by check and they said no, that I could only pay with a card. I told them I didn't feel comfortable with this. He went over steps as to why this was secure but I still did not feel safe. I asked them if I could do some research before I made a decision and they said yes. That is when I contacted the BBB.
