Consumer received a phone call from a Bradley Leberman (stating he was a lawyer) stating they had won 4 million dollars. Was told at first there would be no processing fee. A week later, consumer was called back saying they need to send $4,400 for a processing fee. They were instructed to call Mike Kennedy who was also a lawyer at (512)-312-4919. Both individuals were supposedly working with the government. It was requested that the processing fee be paid by credit card, which the consumer did not have.

A voice mail was left for me to return call. I did so and was told by a Mr David Parker, that I had won $4.9 million and a new car. After several phone calls back and forth he requested that I pay a $270.00 delivery fee with a Visa VANILLA CARD and told me that $133,750.00 including Fed. Income Tax, W2G processing fee form and Transfer Tax. Since we are always warned not to give cash up front, my wife called him on it and he became quite agitated. When asked if we could think about it he agreed to wait. now there is no answer when we call his phone.

I got a call from National Gaming Control Board, 202-919-4833, Elisabeth Clear that I won 525,000.00. She told me to call 702-867-2011 to All American Sweepstakes to verify my winnings. I did and talked to David Greene he confirmed my prize and provided a lot of information about the winnings. Then he asked me to call Elisabeth back again. I did and she wanted me to pay $5,525 to pay for background check by Government and also for a courier that will deliver the check to me. I did not want to pay this and she then told me that my prize is now going to runner up. I think this is a scam.
