The refrigerator worked until late March when we began noticing it wasn't cooling and freezing like it should. On Mar, 23, 2021, I contacted Carlos Salazar to inform him that we needed him to look at our refrigerator under the warranty. He informed me he was on vacation that week; however, his associate Steven could come take a look, and to text him my name, address, and phone number. I did so immediately and then never heard back. A week later, I text Carlos Salazar twice in regards to following up on when we could expect a visit. We never heard back.
Now, our refrigerator has completely stopped cooling and freezing again as of yesterday, May 9, 2021. I called Justin Refrigerator Repair, instead of Carlos directly, and have been informed there is a new owner, Mike, that while he used to associate himself and refer business to Carlos and Steven, he no longer does, as he discovered other customers were experiencing the same issue as we are. I called Carolos and left another message requesting he return my call.
