Looking for internet service. Did a search under Microsoft Bing found West Hartford Internet Service, www.all-broadband.net., tel.# 1-844-392-7210, no address listed for CT, but different towns in CT are listed for Internet Service with the same number as West Hartford. Called the number, and customer service rep. Casey, identified the company as "New TV & Internet Service". Casey informed me this is a company, which helps you find the best deal with Internet and Phone Service, they work with other internet and cable companies to offer cheaper package products and contracts. The service I was looking for was a Broadband Internet and Casey said they provided Broadband Internet service package with a contract $35.00 a month for one-year contract with $120.00 cancellation fee if canceled services before contract ends, lock-in $35.00 a month price for 2 years. If customer decides not to get contract, then it will be $45.00 monthly internet service fees. Self-install, a video will be sent to your e-mail (I provided my e-mail address). Tech Support number 1-800-934-6489 (at the time, I did not know this is a tel. # for Xfinity, I found out this morning when I called it). In the beginning of the call, the customer serv rep. Casey had asked for my address to find out which company provided Internet service in my area. Towards, the end of the call she asked for my D.O.B. and S.S.# (the same way Xfinity ask SS# to check credit), to look-up my information so services can be started "to check my credit". At the end, of the call she said she could see on her end I already have Xfinity/Comcast for services. She cannot start services if I have services with them already, but before this she had told me before we could move on with starting services with this company, it did not matter if I had current internet service (I believed I mentioned I had Xfinity/Comcast). Casey said she will reach out to her supervisor to find out if anything can be done. I asked her for the telephone number to expect a call back from, I need to know because I usually don't pick up calls from unknow numbers, and Casey said the last four digits are "0654". I thanked her and hung-up, and it was setting in, when she did not provide a full telephone number, I suspected this call was potentially a scam, in which I called the company myself because it seemed to be legitimate because it was listed on the internet. I would like to find out if my late suspicions are wrong or if I'm correct. The business is "New TV, Internet and Phone Service", when you call the number direct, it is 1-844-392-7210, and the e-mail address is www.all-broadband.net. Their website indicates they are "AllBroadband". I want to report this information to BBB, in case, it is truly a scam set-up to look as if it a third-party company providing lower prices on internet, tv, and phone services. I looked up the e-mail address this morning (11/27/2022), by itself, and it shows a blank page. I believe I was scammed, but I'm hoping I was not. Would ScamPulse.com confirm if this is a legitimate business?

Thank you.
