So is actually just yesterday I saw ad on Facebook so I messaged them the lady had recruited me over to this guy named Jack don't know her last name for him so that's a red flag right there it was all done through WhatsApp which is very suspicious I did my tasks plus his tasks it still have not been able to make my commission because it was never told and the job description I had to pay out of pocket to put money into the balance so I can review products which again makes no sense at all and then when I confronted him about that the way he spoke to me was so unprofessional I'm starting to think this whole thing was a scam. He literally said I was ashamed because I could not deposit money into that account but remind you I just had a baby but because he is all higher up he thinks he can talk to whoever he wants and that is not the case I am not happy and I will reporting him to more people.

I should of listened to my gut. The Deal was to good to be true. I realized right after I got a PayPal notification that I paid a person with a gmail address. I called PayPal to file a dispute but it looks like from the comments that this will probably take a few calls because of the fake tracking number. Ugh!

I ordered late on a Friday night, when I should have been sleeping, but caught up in the almost ending sale alert. The minute the order was processed through PayPal, I knew something wasn't right. I did not get a confirmation email, my order was still sitting in the cart and the whole this was sketchy. The name of the person listed as the seller was not the company name and did not respond to email. I immediately filed a dispute with Paypal, but through their system it is hard to explain the exact details. They closed the dispute as an authorized purchase. So, I called Paypal, explained the situation and they reopened the dispute. They said they would reach out to the seller, and in response he sent them a bogus tracking number that showed the item being shipped within hours of the order and then delivered to my mailbox. An 11 piece set of cookware, in my mailbox. I was home at that time, there was no delivery. So, I called USPS and they were able to confirm that the tracking was suspicious and though it had my actual town name on it, the name and address was not mine. USPS informed me that Paypal would have to call them so it could be verified. So, back to calling Paypal, they contacted USPS while I waited on the phone, and the issue was this time resolved in my favor. I asked Paypal what I can do to make sure this company is flagged as fraudulent and I was told they take these matters very seriously and they have all the pertinent information, but I think because they keep using a different seller name, it slips through the cracks. So, being persistent paid off, and I learned my lesson. FYI, the seller name was Shreelakshmi Vinay.

This is a scam website. I ordered $227.70 and not received any from them and can not get a refund . This is a scam!
Why can not take off this website?!

Paid for products, never received order confirmation or products. I emailed with no response. Complete scam. Too good to be true and it is. I knew better and it cost me $100 to confirm my instincts.

Here is another email mailto:[email protected]

They need to STOP THIS SITE I ORDERED TOO! Now I need to call my Bank and let them know!

I placed an order from this seller through PayPal. As soon as I got a vague (neither of the 2 items I purchased shown, only a single order number and price) confirmation from what appeared to be a personal email I became concerned.

A quick search on the web turned up multiple complaints. Within minutes I tried to cancel the order. Neither PayPal nor the seller responded after I attempted several days in a row.

After my 4th or 5th inquiry I got a shipping confirmation and tracking number. However, the order never arrived. I called USPS and they gave me the address the package was delivered to---not mine. Again I began contacting both the seller and PayPal thinking I was provided the wrong tracking number. No response from the seller. A couple of days later I filed a dispute with PayPal and they closed my dispute without my proof that the order was not delivered to us. The seller remained silent after another 3 attempts to straighten out the shipping address.

I fought with PayPal for almost a week. It wasn't until I notified them that I had placed the order in dispute with my credit card company that PayPal finally actually read my documentation (apparently). I received an email that I was getting a refund by PayPal. Then I got a second email from PayPal saying I was not getting a refund.

I checked with my credit card company and found I got a partial refund ($14.00 out of a $127 purchase). I now have to ask my credit card company to inquire with PayPal.

I don't know how they managed this, but I drove to the address I was given by the post office. It doesnt exist that I could find. Just a vacant lot where that house number should have been.

I will never use PayPal again and plan to report the seller on the FBI Cyber Crime website.

I typed searched All Clad on my phone. Allclad-clearance.shop came up with outlet prices. I looked for complaints/reviews on my phone and could not find any so I ordered. Said it was made in the USA and then when I purchased it through paypal it came from China! What the Hell. How do I cancel this? What a mess. I guess Paypal doesn't have our backs. I won't use it again and I've had my account for years.

They pretend to be All Clad company, collect personal info and payment but never send merchandise. They temper with USPS tracking numbers to use it in Papal order details so that consumers cannot dispute the payment. The tracking numbers show USPS online as if it was delivered but does not appear in Informed Delivery and never was delivered. Paypal and All Clad said that they are aware of these scammers. All Clad does not have outlet stores.

Possible websites these scammers may be using:

www.all-cladoutlet.com

www.all-clad.fit

www.all-clad.ca

www.cookware-us.com

Thank you SO MUCH for helping me realize what had happened. Exactly the same thing happened to me as to you and to the Maria16 who posted below. Fake allclad-us.store account . I used Paypal to pay and confirmation came back with a woman's name on it. Fishy, but I was still hopeful it was ok. Then , the next day I get a delivery confirmation forwarded to me from Paypal that the scammers had sent to proved delivery from USPS. IT was a USPS tracking number that had been tampered with and was obvious as it showed shipping label created in California two and a half days before I ever ordered item and delivery "in my mailbox" for a 14 piece set of cookware less than eight hours after I ordered it. Thank you a million times for telling me to CALL PAYPAL as I had filed a dispute but the scammers merely sent Paypal a copy of the fake USPS Delivery Confirmation. The lady from Paypal said it was good that I called because that was something that could have easily been overlooked. The resolved case in my favor.

TOTAL SCAM!
To the person who mentioned the fake usps. Thank you so very much. I ordered it yesterday thinking it was a Labor day deal since all the other stores still had them going on, then for some reason I decided to investigate. So I called Paypal they opened a dispute I told them exactly what they had done to you, low and behold they tried to pull the same thing only a day after the order. They had closed the dispute for their side, but I called them and they read it all and gave me a credit, please if you didn't get a credit call back they actually have a flag on them. I don't know why they haven't blocked them.

And by the way my money was going to a Casey Beggs not even the company name.
