I ordered a canvas picture in a frame, received an email with order confirmation, was informed that I would get another when the item ships, and never heard from them again. Their support page says they respond to all emails within 12-24 hours. It's been much longer than that and I still have heard nothing. 6 emails later and nothing. I found the number on this page, called and left a voicemail, and, big surprise, still no response.

I placed an order a week ago. When I was not able to reach them I commented on their FB page and they blocked me. I already paid for my order, also emailed them. No response.

For what it is worth, I just had a successful refund from this very rep on my order. I double ordered and although I've yet to receive the product I was impressed with how quickly they processed my refund. Happened just after I read this review. Might end up being a garbo product (no idea yet) but so far they seem very willing to offer full refunds so...

I came across an advertisement of allcollectives on Facebook selling wall decor, mainly canvases. Bought one , received it, did not like it, tried to send it back. There is no clear return policy on their site. It says to contact their support team with any questions about a refund or return and they will be in contact with you within 24 hours. Email, phone number to call or text is provided. Tried to contact them first by email. First time Angela S replied with a question: “ is there anything wrong with the canvas?”. When I said it was not a good fit, second email from them was “ if I would like to exchange it for another canvas?”. I was not interested in an exchange, only a refund. I emailed them with an answer, asking for a return shipping label. No reply since then. Not within 24 hrs window, not ever. Emailed them every day for the following week and received no reply. Tried to call/text their phone number- left a voicemail and text- no reply. I need to return the canvas and get a refund. It is a scam business, that claims returns are no problems and then does not accept them. Please advise.

Could you please email us again and provide us with your order number? I email every customer a return label as soon as they request it, but sometimes email service providers will block our emails on accident because of the link inside (we use this link to let customers download the PDF for the return label).

We respond to every email within 24 hours and return all calls within 24 hours also. So if you did not hear from us then you either left us incomplete information or we have already reached out to you and the correspondence simply was left in your spam/promotion folder or was bounced by your email service provider entirely.
