All inclusive beach fronts a scam

My family purchased this package in July 2020 and then they called in August 2021 to ask us to plan the trip. However, so said if we paid off the package they will add more trips and allow more time for travel. Unfortunately I PAID it off. Now we are trying to arrange for travel only to find the number and website are unable to be located. Are we able to sue them?

They tried to sell me (2) vacations for 4 people (either Orlando or Mexico (4 nights for 4 people with 1-90 minute tour) for $1,400 over the phone with an initial $150 credit card payment, and the balance would be due in 3 months. This was framed as a Marriott rewards and the accomodations would be at a Marriott or "RCI". When asked why they were making this unreal offer, they said they are working to boot and revitalize the travel industry with these "promotions" for Marriott members.

Upon further discussion they reduced the price to $950 when I asked for more information and the terms in writing via email. They sent me an email and upon further review noticed that their website had no affiliation with Marriott or Marriott credit cards (which I am a member and have a a cc).
