I ordered a free trial for a specified amount of money. The website does not clearly state subscription and must be canceled in specified time. Product arrived without an invoice and no information to return or cancel. Product pump bottle was defective and unable to use. I am not sure of the website, but possibly nurivaskinserum.com. I disputed the charge with my credit card company which is still pending. When I called the phone number provided by the credit card company I was read a scripted response. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told none was available and they would call me back. I stated I would hold until someone was available, they refused my request and hung up.
