My screen went black, a voice said"You are unable to access the internet,call this number, 888-614-9730." I called they said they could fix the problem.They had to clean the programs on the computer, I needed to pay them 599.00, by credit card for a year of tech support and they would clear the computer and service it for a year. If I had any problems I should call 855-500-0467
