Three individuals, Bruce Waybe, Dun Hartwig, and Ernest, using business name of All Pro Construction use Home Advisor as a referral service to gain customer trust. I gave them $870 as deposit to start my patio cover, but they never started anything. Instead they wanted to charge me more than quoted price. They never answer their phone and are bunch of scammers. They will not refund any money or do any work. Beware!!
