Type of a scam Online Purchase
On the 28th I messaged Mr.Arbuckle and told him the problem. I told him if it wasn't here in a week I'd need a refund. He said he was in the hospital in critical condition but assured me he had made and shipped the collar before he went into the hospital. On Jan 30th I got the longest, nastiest, most threatening email I've ever received from Mr. Arbuckle's daughter "Caitlyn". I told her i just wanted a refund and was very polite to her and went on to send me 20 something emails; all pages long and very threatening. She refused my refund and said even if I opened a case with Etsy she had a shipping lable so I would lose. I opened a case with Etsy and gave them all the emails, records, tracking info, everything. They ended up giving me a refund, but i left a bad review on their Etsy page. Now multiple people have emailed me through Etsy saying this is happening to them. She told one girl, TODAY, that he was sick in critical care in the hospital. Same message she sent me, except she told me her father died on Jan 30th. She is scamming people! Beware!
