On the 12th May 2022I ordered and paid for a "Manual for Vulcan Oil Heater - 10". To date I have not had any response to my emails nor have I received the manual and have therefore requested a full refund of the AUD $14.99 paid for the manual - still waiting !

Advertised repair manual would be sent to my email no later than twenty-fours hrs .Its a perfect scam because they keep your money and send nothing . Do you want call your credit card company for $9.99.
