I bought 2 chairs from them and the arms fell off both of them after 1 month. These chairs are supposed to have a warranty. I have tried calling them, emailing them, and even went onto social media trying to contact them. No response. The phone number rings a few times then goes to busy signal so I don't think it is a working number.

I ordered a All3 Chair at the end of November. I was immediately charged $838. I also emailed All33 around the same time I order the chair to determine shipping time. They did respond and stated 3 - 5 weeks. I also emailed ALL33 numerous times during December 2022/January 2023 with NO responses. I called their number and at first it would ring and rind and ring and now it is disconnected. I did report this to our Visa for investigation. At this time NO chair and their website is still up and running but shows all chairs to be "Sold Out."
