The house is still available. I got a promotion and Handling a New position here in TX. I will be spending up to 4 years here in TX due to my Job. I must confess to you that I am very new in this landlord business. However, my name is Alan. I own the 2 bed, 1 full bath property Located at 372 SW 14th St, Chehalis, WA 98532. The initial plan was to sell the House which I tried, but sometimes the agents inflates the price and it takes longer to sell. Pet are allowed as long as they are not destructive. The Rent is $800 and security deposit is $800. Thank you and God Bless

I am glad you did go by the house and you are okay with what you have seen so far and willing to rent from me. I will not be mailing my keys to any one without receiving a partial payment which is refundable after getting the keys and doing a proper walk through of the inside of the house and not liking it. I need to be honest with you at this Point. I have other people who are also interested in the property and willing to make payment as well. Any one who makes payment first will be the one I will secure the house to. To start the process, Attached is the rental Application which I need you to Fill and send back to me ASAP along with 3 References and we proceed from there.
